The role at a glance
The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for our clients and the strategic engine of their campaigns. You'll onboard clients, implement their personal brand strategy, and orchestrate the moving parts of content production, publishing, and community management.
You work hand-in-hand with a dedicated Account Executive, who supports operational execution, so you can focus on client strategy and relationship health. You ensure we deliver everything we're contracted to do, on time, to an immaculate standard, with client satisfaction exceptionally high.
